Returns & Exchanges
At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return invoice or a note with your order number inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
